    Security is somewhat secure and a bit thorough when checking your vehicles at the entrance of the parking lot. The parking lot is quite wide but there is only 1 entry point to the elevators, so if you're using a motorcycle, you need to go to another level to access the elevators. Availability of parking is okay since during weekdays it's often somewhat full. The entrance to the office tower needs an access card, so you need to check-in with the lobby receptionist with your national ID card to enter. There are 3 available elevators and 1 maintenance elevator, they are all clean, but have poor ride quality and sometimes they lag and shake weirdly. The elevators don't need access card to use, so you're free to go to any levels. Toilets are frequently cleaned and don't smell, with paper towels always in stock and urinals with guards. The air conditioning is a bit on the cold side, so long stays need jackets.

    Exclusive office complex at Balikpapan. Good view to the Makassar strait. Exellent service for cleaness, but not really good for the ĺift. Hope the best service for the new management.
