Privacy policy

We collect the minimum data needed to run the site. Most pages collect nothing personal. This page explains the exceptions.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful. Google sets cookies that may identify your browser. You can opt out using Google’s tools or your browser’s privacy controls.

Error monitoring

We use Sentry to detect technical errors. Sentry may capture browser and request information when an error occurs. No personal data is intentionally collected.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we store your email address in our database and use Resend to send the confirmation and any future emails. You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email.

Business directory data

Our business directory is compiled from publicly available business information (such as Google Maps listings and the businesses’ own websites): name, address, phone number, website, opening hours, ratings and similar listing details. Business contact details (including email addresses published by the business) are stored privately for listing-verification and claim purposes only — they are never published on this site or shared with third parties. If you own or represent a listed business and want your listing corrected, claimed or removed, email us and we will act promptly.

Interactive tools

Our planning tools (Destination Matcher, Bali Area Chooser, Trip Budget Calculator, Cost of Living Estimator, Visa Route Chooser, Packing Checklist) run entirely in your browser. Inputs are not sent to our servers, third-party AI services, or any other external system.
