  My room has been upgraded without any request. Free complimentary (maybe i just lucky) It was a very comfortable room. I was so tired from work and flight. A comfortable room (clean, not smelly, not dusty) is like a water in the dessert. Thank you

  Omg i love this hotel so much!! Just stayed here last week and everything was amazing. The room was super clean and the bed was so comfy i sleep like a baby every night. Hospitality also good at the counter. ||Overall very happy with my stay, worth every penny! Will definitely come back again and recommend to all my friends. Thank you Swiss-Belinn Balikpapan!!
