  Spent 10+ days trying to take a Dedicated Desk at BLOCK71 Bandung as a foreign customer. Walking away. A factual account in case it's useful to others. The deal terms kept shifting through the process: - Initial WhatsApp tour: 24/7 access, Rp 1,150,000/month, 3 hrs/day meeting room included - First contract draft: 24/7 access included in Part 5 Community Benefit #5 - Revised contract draft: the 24/7 access line silently disappeared, replaced with "Mon-Fri 8am-6pm working hours" - When I questioned this, finance said 24/7 is "standard policy that doesn't need to be in the contract", but evidently it was originally in the contract and was specifically removed - A colleague enquired separately in Bahasa Indonesia and was quoted: Dedicated Desk Rp 1,150,000/bulan. No mention of minimum term, no mention of security deposit. What was offered to me as a foreigner: same Rp 1,150,000 monthly rate, but only via a mandatory 1-year contract plus 1-month security deposit if billed monthly. The o

  First time visiting here to use coworking space. I like the place itself, so spacy & quiet to work during Ramadhan. But, i feel like the registration process somehow too complicated yet difficult even for a beginner or first user. I got slow response after registering my first coworking here resulted i didnt get my username & pass wifi yet I suggested that you still need to place your real receptionist person at front office, so people will not get easily confused

  It is recommended for everyone who need a good place to held meeting, group discussion, or just to think clearly by yourself. Easy access with wide parking area and it give you the experience of the cold Bandung at night 😀.
