  Nice and clean and comfortable, although the building itself is quite deserted. Not a lot of tenants yet.

  The place is cozy, and when I came here, it's still cheap. I mean... 3.5 USD (Rp 50,000) per person per DAY, to rent a workspace ? That's crazy cheap. And it's in the middle of the city. Easy to find...although... I gotta admit, the gateway to the building made it looks like the place is deserted (rusted gate, unkept plants). The minus is... the parking fee for cars is high, if you wanna spend 5-6 hours in here, the parking fee will be higher than the working space rent. There are some resto/cafe in the bottom floor. Sadly it's kinda empty, not selling very well...eventhough it's clean, comfy and cheap

  The air conditioner, it was very loud like an exhaust sound and very cold like North Pole... already asked to reduce the coldness, still not working. Wifi also often having trouble. It's kind of inconvenient and bothers my working performances. Update: now the hallway always smells cigarette smoke (its not allowed to smoke in AC room right?)
