  Stayed here for 2 months — overall, a nice and comfy place. Love the minimalist, industrial look. Staff are super friendly and always ready to help, you can easily reach them at the front desk or on WhatsApp anytime. Facilities are pretty good: small pantry, chill common area with some seats and a balcony for smokers. There’s also a tiny gym — just basic bars for pull-ups and push-ups, but still nice to have. The area is green, quiet, and close to many local restaurants and grocery stores. Cleanliness is top-notch. The place is well-kept, and there’s always someone cleaning. Weekly room cleaning + 3kg laundry included. Shoutout to Mas Jeki — always friendly and did a great job every week! Security here is solid — you can’t enter the main door without a key card or face scan, and there are CCTVs all around the common areas. Feels safe and well-managed. The only downside is the Wi-Fi. It’s weak and keeps disconnecting (unstable). I expected a better connection, but kudos to the staff

  You can get a lot more office facilities on the same price range here at Markaz private office space. It's very suitable for a small company or a new start up to work here. The one thing I really like about it is that we have 24/7 access to the office that is really suitable for the company that have a colleague overseas. You don't have to worry about the time difference anymore. You can also bring your own furniture to decorate the office space. Just remember not to break anything in process 😅😅

  Extremely rude staff, overpriced, bad internet speed for price and rooms with no windows. Its better to get an apartment or some other premium kost
