  Place may not premium like other office building. But their Service for Tenant is the best Service that i ever had in Batam. Price is consider cheap compare with other Office Building. Service is so premium when you have issue. Maintenance very professional and fast respond.

  The location is good, near with batam government office, also about 500m from ferry terminal if you like to go to Singapore it is very easy. Only the situation look quite, some space not occupied, may because of batam economic being down. Something I like is the parking is gratis or free

Consist of many floors, on each floor can accommodate several companies. Adequate parking is available and there are lifts and stairs. Located in the center of the city administration, it is easy to reach the Batam Mayor Building, DPRD, Badan Pengusahaan Batam Office Area, Mosque, Mall, and Sea Port.
