  A very good place to take a shelter and refresh after a long trip. The electricity went down when i first got there, but their services is very heartwarming so i didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Clean, aesthetic, calm and very good ambience to work or rest while having a short trip at Bali ✨️

  Very accomodating. I wanted to travel around first when I reach Bali and be less hassle before deciding at one place for the longterm stay, so I asked whether they can received my (big) luggage being shipped from Jakarta to Besthub address (via cargo) and they can comply with it. Very friendly and helpful staffs too. Thanks Besthub!

  The worse travel agency I ever deal with. Don’t trust them they are a scam. They overpriced me for a cruise in Komodo with their Best Trip agency and on top on that I did not get at all what I paid for. Instead of a Master bedroom, I got an unsanitary cabin on the boat, the worst on the boat. (just look at the photo, 8.5M IDR per person for that?? you should be ashamed) Photos showed were completely different from really, the ruin my holiday and refuse to compensate me at the level I should have been. Definitely NEVER book anything with this company, there’re not reliable.
