  I've spent two and a half months in Bali. I must say, we had our best time in canguu in this amazing villa. The pool and its rice field view is fantastic! During our time in the villa, the villa was just being renovated. But still at the time it was a perfect place to stay, I can't even imagine how this place will look like whenever the renovations are finished! It's a location for big events because it is insanely huge, perfect for weddings, birthday parties, etc. .The staff and the management team were very friendly, if we had any problems they always helped us!   I stayed here for ten days, combining living and working, and overall I had a really good experience. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the pool is a great place to relax. What really makes this place special is the community. It’s easy to connect with others, the vibe is open and friendly, and the community manager Ayu is amazing. She organized fun outings and was always there to help. The staff in general are incredibly kind and supportive. The property is also very well maintained. For me, the main downside was the wildlife. There are quite a lot of insects, including in the rooms, and I saw a snake twice, once in a common area and once in my shower. The staff responded quickly, but as someone used to city life, it definitely took some getting used to. Also, not all rooms are equal. Some are spacious and great, others are quite small.   The garden is beautiful, and it’s nice and spacious. The kitchen is great, and there’s plenty of room to relax and great for remote work. The staff is friendly. The rooms, however, really need some renovation, especially considering you’re paying quite a lot for your stay

  Lots of issues at this property. Some are minor like lack of cleanliness, lack of maintenance and lots of bugs but combined together these can make it quite inconvenient staying here. More serious problems include the construction noise coming all day from the neighbouring property and intermittent power cuts which only affects certain rooms meaning no electricity, no WiFi and no air conditioning! Multiple guests have raised the same issues time and time again but these just get ignored by Outsite and nothing gets fixed. I stayed here in 2025 and there were issues back then but these were bearable. I came back again in 2026 but these issues have still not been fixed and more serious problems have been added to what is an ever growing list.
