  Had such a lovely stay here for two nights and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my whole stay, which made everything feel really comfortable and easy. The room was spotless, super well maintained, and the bed was incredibly comfortable — I slept so well both nights. The bathroom was also really clean and beautifully done. I especially loved having the private little pool in the backyard, it made the whole stay feel really peaceful and special. The main pool area was also beautiful and perfect for relaxing. Food-wise, everything was amazing. I had breakfast at the café next to the hotel both mornings and every single thing was delicious. I also did the floating breakfast once, which was such a fun experience and definitely worth it — not just beautiful, but the food itself was actually incredible too. You can really tell they pay attention to every detail here, from the cleanline

  We came to Bali for a long women’s retreat and ahead of that, they recommended Ecozy. We couldn’t have been more pleased! If you need a private space to regroup and are looking for more than a basic hotel, it’s perfect. Each room either came with a balcony or a pool on the main floor. They also include a full breakfast with the stay, which was incredibly fresh and delicious! The staff was incredibly kind as well. Highly recommend!

  Decent overall. Some areas could be cleaner, and using a physical key was slightly inconvenient. Breakfast was a highlight — great à la carte options, tasty and flexible, with takeaway provided on checkout day. Location is convenient but noisy due to the main road (earplugs provided). Motorbike rental and in-room massage services are available. Garden view was a bit messy with mosquitoes and dim lighting, though Netflix is available.

  We arrived and checked in a bit late, around 9 PM, but the staff were very patient and friendly when welcoming us. They gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, explained everything clearly, and even helped us carry our luggage, which we really appreciated. The location is also very convenient, as it is close to the city centre and easy to get around from. It was very convenient for us to go to different places. The only downside was that the hotel sign was not very noticeable. The font is quite thin, so it was hard to see clearly at night. There is also another homestay next door with a much bigger sign that says “COZY Guesthouse,” which made it a bit easy to get confused and think we had gone to the wrong place. Other than that, the overall service was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the staff were always warm and friendly whenever we saw them, greeting us with good morning or good evening. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay.
