  the staff was very accommodating, and always communicated with us beforehand in the month, leading up to the trip to make sure things were set up for success. The breakfast was delicious, and they even organized some catering to go lunchboxes for two days. They clean your bathrooms every day, which is great for western people. The pools are so refreshing. There are two pools, one on each level. One of my group had Bali belly and the manager even got them ginger tea. when they are working, they are amazing and very loving and giving. The room is always so clean. A few hiccups with the water half an hour overall for the five days that we spent there it was a good experience and I could always work things out in the morning with the house manager to fix anything that I asked. Super great for low-key families, bigger groups under 18 ppl, for people who don’t mind walking about 1 mile to the beach or taking the gojek all of us did and it was amazing The other highlight of that spot is

  This place is dirty and run down. We had spent 10 days in Bali and ended our stay at The Bija. It was like living on a motorway with the constant noise of cars, scooters and parties 24hrs a day. Nothing relaxing listening to that. The room smelt damp, the bathrooms are filthy and need an upgrade. We were asked each day which room should they clean, and when we watched them mop the dirt from one side of the room to another we realised why they smelt. Cloths were dirty, sheets were yellowy and each day black hairs were all over the sheets after making. The staff had limited English which made communicating challenging especially when we needed to get a doctor at 2am for a family member who had Bali Belly. The security guard did not understand us and we had to resort to Google for help. Not ideal. To top it off we watched a rat in the games room run around and saw droppings on the kitchen bench where the breakfast is prepared. I would like to say what the positives are but unfortunately w

  Wow, wow, wow, what a villa. So we stayed here for our friends 30th birthday and there were 16 of us. We were blown away by the villa and the service by the team. The location was perfect for us. Most places were walking distance. The team was brilliant and helped with transportation, luggage, and any issues we might have. I honestly don't have any negative to say about our stay here. We will be back.
