  The accommodation is really very clean and pleasant. There is the possibility to access a coworking space for an additional fee. The room was well equipped and very practical. The staff is very friendly and very helpful, especially with luggage. There are many warungs nearby, with the possibility to eat local food and reach them on foot.

  We had a very pleasant stay at Bali Loop. The customer service was excellent with quick and responsive communication throughout our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, exactly as expected. Check-in and coordination were smooth, and every request was handled promptly. Overall, it was a great experience and we truly appreciate the good service. Highly recommended.!!

  AC doesn't work. Told to wait 5mins despite having wait 30mins. Returned 5h later and room is still warm. Also there is this weird beeping sound that keeps going on apparently due to electrical issues, that they can't resolve. Beeps the entire night. Only reception person could speak English. Other service staff that comes to help resolve the faulty Aircon communicates with Google translate. === Found a dead cockroach in the room the next morning. === AC eventually worked and beeping sound stopped after feedback. Decided to continue staying and I could see the friendliness of the staff trying to help make the stay better. So I guess u get what you pay for.

  Terrible management and zero consideration for guests. I had a very frustrating stay due to a constant beeping from an empty electricity meter. The management’s response was incredibly disappointing; they stated they wouldn't refill the token because "it’s a loss for them" and that electricity is the tenant's responsibility. Because the neighboring room was empty, they simply let it beep all night. They clearly don't care about the comfort of their staying guests. Do not book here if you want a quiet environment.
