  Center of denpasar, good service. No elevator but our luggages were carried by the staff to our room. Pool very accessible, can request pool towels for free from staff. Kitchen is accessible and can use freely. They have gas stoves and can be used anytime. Have free parking, huge parking. Tv from room was a little lag but its alright. Shower has heater and bidet has a strong water pressure

  HI really liked this place. It was clean overall, and what stood out most was the location. Everything is within walking distance. Just a few steps away, you have marts, laundry, warungs, and small shops, which made things really convenient.Of course, you get what you pay for, so it is quite basic, but it’s more than sufficient for a comfortable stay. The internet was good, and the staff were friendly. They were constantly mopping the place, so the floors were always clean.It’s also a really good place to work. The co-working area is useful, although it could do with a few more fans on very hot days.The only downside was the pool. It looked like there might have been some mildew, so we did not end up using it, even though I saw others swimming and the staff did clean it. The bathroom could also use some improvement, as there were some rust spots and water stains in the toilet.That said, I would come back here in a heartbeat.   We stayed here as a couple and had a pleasant experience overall. The hospitality was good, and the staff responded quickly whenever we needed help. The location is also great and convenient, while the room design feels minimalist and comfortable. We liked the pool area and the shared kitchen, which also works nicely as a communal or coworking space. On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved, and the property did not feel as new as shown in the published photos. We also had an issue with the leaking AC and needed to change rooms during our stay.

  This property may have earned good reviews when it first opened, but it has clearly been neglected since then. What was once new is now run-down, and the standard of cleanliness and maintenance is frankly unacceptable for paying guests.||Upon check-in, the room was riddled with cobwebs, spiders, and dust accumulating on nearly every surface. The towels provided were the most shocking part — badly stained, yellowed, and tattered. I requested replacements twice, and each time received towels in the same appalling condition. Eventually, I gave up and had to purchase my own towel from a nearby shop, which should never be necessary in any accommodation.||The bedding situation was deeply concerning. The fitted sheet had been put on inside-out, which made me suspect it had simply been flipped over from the previous guest’s use rather than actually washed and changed. This is an alarming thought — that a sheet used by a prior guest was just turned inside-out to avoid laundering it. The pillowc
