  I had a month subscription here, and while there are many good aspects, a couple of things made the experience frustrating. The WiFi was excellent, I enjoyed the available drinks and snacks, and it was very clean. I also thought the 24 hour access with the membership was great, as this place will be shut and no staff on holidays. The main problem was noise. Its on a busy street but you can't hear much, so thats ok. There is some construction going on nearby, so some banging could be heard at times. But thats external anyway. The issue was other people inside the space, not just talking, but at times seemingly screaming and booming laughter with each other- but for nearly an hour at a time. The place in quite boxy, so it echos badly and any noise travels a lot. One day, I had a young child in the central space on a video call for 45 minutes while her parents was in a private office, shortly after that about 4 of the other users having their lunch break upstairs in the open plan area

  Great place to work! Just hope it has more space for parking.

  spent a year at a company which uses this space. great location surrounded by numerous place to eat and close to many convenient places. gas station isn't even 100 meters away. the staffs are nice and friendly and will always help with things like receiving deliveries. parking for car is available but limited, two wheels recommended.

  We have our virtual office location there and its good for meetings. Just a note they should definitely upgrade the rusty mugs 🙏😅
