    The company I work for has rented GoWork for a few years now, and I always tell people how much I LOVE and grateful to be able to work in such a great environment. The staff are always so friendly and helpful—especially the OAs, who are always ready to assist whenever we need anything. And whether they’re one-time guests or long-term tenants, everyone here is just so nice and friendly! Even though it’s located inside a mall, it never feels too crowded or too quiet. The location and layout of GoWork inside the mall are just perfect! The place itself feels professional yet casual at the same time, which makes it perfect for anyone who prefers a more relaxed working vibe— like a working in a café (WFC) type of vibe!

    Unfortunately, my experience with the GoWork community team has been very disappointing. The staff was not friendly or helpful. When I asked questions, the responses were unclear, and messages sent through the app were often ignored. When issues occurred, such as booking a meeting room, the team was unable to provide proper assistance. I was informed that the room was already booked, even though the app showed availability and we still had unused credits. This was very confusing and frustrating as a paying member. In addition, the phone booths are poorly equipped. There are no power outlets inside, and the lighting is very poor. This makes it uncomfortable to use, especially for video calls, as the overall video and call quality is not good. Overall, this experience did not meet expectations, particularly considering the price and services promised.

    I visited intending to use the desk for just one hour, but when employee informed me that Deskimo was unavailable, I was charged for the full day. This clearly needs to be fixed. Alternatively, I would like to request that the hourly payment system be removed entirely, or that GoWork itself implement an hourly payment option.

    Nice and clean facilities. For reading documents some tables along the walls are quite poorly lit, but the center tables are fine for reading.
