  Attended an event hosted there. An office/event space that is worth considering. From a price/quality perspective, it's quite attractive, and there are certainly things that stand out when compared to other places. (The building is still work-in-progress in parts, so I'd also take that into consideration). I'd advise any interested individuals to visit and experience their facilities first-hand to see if it meets your requirements. They've been continuously improving the building/facilities and responding to comments/criticism. Also we've been told that the building is not officially launched yet (ETA: June 2019?) (5 stars for the super friendly and easy to talk to staff + value preposition!)

  This is an excellent and comfortable location for conducting business, as the building is strategically situated. It offers convenient access to embassies, shopping malls, and a wide selection of premium restaurants.
