  Just like another normal days in govt. offices, came in weekend (Saturday), a little bit too late, and there's already a 50 persons in line. The service itself is relatively fast, but the line was too long. Only 2-3 people work in the section I came in (annual tax section). Good, but clearly you guys should be better, make some improvements on the people who works there, like, add personnel, and make additional waiting room. Almost got no seat, a lot of people standing and covers the access. Pros : Motorbike parking area is quite spacious, easily fit more than 50 bikes there.
