  This hotel is really nice, it is a bit dated (especially if you go to the basement). Some of the workers speak English and some don’t; the ones that don’t, tend to laugh when you ask for something and they don’t understand, which I’m used to by now after living in Jakarta, however being in the tourism and hospitality sector, I would imagine better from them. The pool area is amazing, their fresh juice as well. Breakfast was good, nothing fancy but the eggs and waffles 🧇 much appreciated. The hotel is right on the beach, however the beach is not that nice. Once you passed the LOVE sign, the beach is full of trash and the sand is brown and the water not inviting!!! The hotel is very helpful, they got us a motorcycle rental directly dropped at the hotel straight away. We are staying in one of the suites and for the price, I highly recommend you upgrade to one them! So worth it!

  I don't know when know where to start.By far one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. When we arrived we asked for an upgrade as the room we had wasn't what was advertised and had to pay extra. When we got to the room it was absolutely disgusting there was mould covering all of the wooden furniture.( photos below) i wiped a piece of the furniture with a wet wipe and then went to show reception to which they said they would send someone up to give the room a good clean. 5 minuets later 3 yound lads came in and wiped the furnituredown with dry cloths, no polish or cleaner nothing. So I ended up cleaning it myself. dead bugs in the bath. And the hair dryer only worked 10 seconds at a time. Smelt old and musty. The pool was in a terrible state.Broken and chipped tiles and no grout .it looked like it was glued together( pics below) and the wooden and metal sun beds mostly broken and all rusty . The beach was absolutely shocking it was covered in rubbish and broken trees and

  Please stay away from this place! Diarrhoea and puking danger. We just went here for a day stay given we had a flight in the evening. The hotel itself looks nice and the pool area is pleasant. Howeveeeerrr, the day stay was the offer „pool and pizza“. We normally wouldn’t order pizza in Indonesia, but if that’s the deal in a 4 star hotel with good reviews, okay. At first I got stomach problems already on site, but I thought it was because of my breakfast. However, when my girlfriend also got problems later, it became clear that there was something wrong with the pizza. I puked and my girlfriend also had diarrhoea. This is unacceptable for a hotel like this. We felt safe given its rating and its star status but I warn you to come here!

  The first 5* resort in Labuan Bajo. Room were huge and bed and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast spread werr adequate. Bonus point with the beach infront and with magnificent sunset view. Free shuttle to town areas.
