  The hotel is very centrally located, and from my balcony I was able to enjoy an exceptional view of the harbour, accompanied by a stunning sunset that I will never forget. Although the hotel is not particularly new, the service was excellent throughout my stay. Rooms are kept in pristine conditions, and are provided with all amenities you need.At street level there is a convenient minimart with an ATM, as well as a few shops within the same building. The restaurant also offers barbecue options at very reasonable prices. In addition, the swimming pool was remarkably clean and cosy, featuring another spectacular view over the harbour.I only spent one night there, but it is definitely an experience I will always remember.

  My partner and I had a wonderful stay, being looked after by Elsa and the trainees from start to finish. The breakfast was delicious, views from the rooftop where breakfast was served were incredible. The rooms were well kept, clean, hot water, aircon working, bed comfy. Picked us up from the airport with no issues. Would stay again.

  Everything was super fine. We stayed 1 night, after a boat trip and before flying. The hotel was in good condition and nice. We got a good night sleep, with no to little noise (our room was right underneath the restaurant). Saw a lot of earlier reviews complaining about there not being enough hot water, but that was not a problem for us, I took a long shower, washed my loooong hair twice, and my boyfriend took a shower too, there was enough hot water for that, so no problem here. We had the breakfast included, nothing special, pretty standard, but with limited drink options, couldn’t even get a bottle of water, but besides that, it was fine. The room was fine, there was one suntan spot on a towel, but that’s it. Missing some places to hang up wet towels, but otherwise it had everything. The pool area was really nice, and great with pool towels.

  I'm not sure if I should give lowest rating. I went on stay for three nights 09 - 12 April 2026 and I was unable to sleep in single night. Kids screaming in early morning, people talk around the corridors which very noise. It happened all nights I stayed there. Because lack of sleep every night, I had fever and stayed in bed, totally ruined my holiday. When I raised this concern to reception staff, they were very unhelpful. They didn't even listen what issue I had and busy taking phone call from their own mobile phone. I took it as no empathy whatsoever. That was really unprofessional as me myself working in the same industry. I would never go back. I will never give bad rating or review to place I stay quietly unless they gave me reason to and this is really frustating.
