  - Good place to work ... especially remotely business - There is not crowded area..so feel more relaxing work-space - This place also called "KoKo Merah Mansion" -Many parking area -Well Maintained -Good design interior -$$$$ Leased and maintenance fee -Near to high end grocery store, electric car. Charging station, restaurant, airport used to be - there is out door and indoor chilling area.
