  I will never recommend regus to anyone. If you can see I write regus with small letter it means they already made me disappointed till I can't respect them anymore. They are a money hungry company. It takes less than 1 hours for me to become their customer and it takes forever to get my retainer fee back. Their sales manager don't even bother to explain everything to you as they are looking for an opportunity to take your money. All they care about is to make sales. Front office staffs are rude as well and have lost their nerves I think, cause they act like a wall without emotion. They just don't care about their client. They have no intention to return my deposit and they charge me what I never approved. STAY AWAY FROM REGUS.

  Good location, well maintained office building in the heart of Medan city. There are a number of good restaurants also in the ground floor with a reasonable price.

  Office building with Bank CIMB Niaga as the prime icon, also has many nice place for meal, and as beer house at night.
