    Enjoy the facilities that have been given by Kanim Pekanbaru. Clear flow, fast process. Only a few things were unexpected: - It's better to come earlier, because the m-passport only selects the day. The queue card will be given again at the helpdesk after verifying the kanim cover letter from the m-passport. - Bring copy of the required files (there is already a free copier, so it's safe) - Surprised to see a helpdesk employee answering visitors' questions while chewing something like candy 🤣 ouch (perlu diperbaiki pelayanannya nih) - The parking is small, preferable follow the first point. The waiting seat was great, plenty of seats, adequate air conditioning also waiting seat in outside was clean, cats are waiting too

    I am satisfied with the service. The staff was nice and friendly, clean facilities, and they provide professional staff and services. I was here to replace my passport. I am using another's province identity. But they proceed my application well and smoothly. Even, when they did the interview and double checked my application, the staff start the conversation first. I am pleased with their services. Thank you.

    As a sub developed country, this office serves a better service. As a foreigner I only know about ' pelayanan orang asing', the petugas are really helpful , as they should be. Comparing to other government office, it's more organized and efficient. Though you would find the common recklessness in their work.
