  Was very disappointed by the customer service and false advertising. I had seen that there was a food turntable on sale near the cashier for 800,000rp within the dates that were specified. As I went to purchase they made me wait almost 20 minutes and then told me that they made a mistake on the price. I'm not so angry that they made a mistake but they made me wait as well. Later on that day they sent me a message to say I could purchase the appliance for the mistaken price which I agreed to do and send them the money but they did not reply back. This is totally unprofessional and would not be shopping here again. My advise to management is that given your competitor is AsKo you should be more professional and not lie to customers. Will post photos of the appliance and message from mitra 10.

  The store is fully air-conditioned, space is wide and clean, store assistant was helpful and attentive to our needs. It is also facilitated with a wide parking space. All in all, it was a really nice shopping experience.
