I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided. For a law firm, their lack of communication and incredibly slow response times are unacceptable. We were kept waiting with very little information throughout the process. Having previously registered a company in London—which was a seamless and efficient experience—I expected much higher standards. This has been an incredibly frustrating and unprofessional ordeal.
