I went for the Yin Yoga and Reiki healing session with Alda. I haven’t done much Yin Yoga and I am now a fan of it. Alda’s comforting voice matches the stillness of the poses allowing me to pause and have a better look and feel of my body. Then, there’s the Reiki part. I was pleasantly surprised by the sensations that occurred — as if magical. It’s soothing, relaxing, healing, but also inspiring at the same time. Alda has a gift for this. You must try her sessions if you’re ever in the area. If you need a way to be kinder to your body, mind, and soul, this is it.

On our trip to Bali, we spent a few days in Uluwatu, and I was able to attend a total of three Slow Flow classes at The Space in Bingin—one with Brian and two with Mathilde. The Space has two beautiful yoga shalas and a welcoming café area. All three yoga classes were great! But Mathilde’s classes really spoke to me the most: powerful, dynamic, flowing, and set to really cool music. I highly recommend them to anyone who enjoys flowing Vinyasa classes with creative sequences and electronic beats—for me, they were among the best yoga classes I had the pleasure of experiencing in Bali.

I took 4 yoga classes by 4 different teaches and they were all great! The rooms are nice and serene, the equipment is well-maintained and they give cold wet towels after each class which is nice and refreshing after the sweaty sessions! Highly recommend this place!

The place is really good for healing and productive, The yoga place makes you relax, then after that you can continue working in a quiet co-working space. It's really a complete package!😆 The staff is super helpful and not rigid, so I immediately feel comfortable from the beginning.
