  I recommend this accommodation for anyone who wants a temporary place to stay with comfortable homey rooms and affordable prices in the center of Yogyakarta. My family and I were able to get a spacious room with an additional mattress and breakfast with a delicious menu every day. The owner of the inn is very friendly and the breakfast is cooked and prepared by her directly. The room is on the third floor, via the front stairs is much more advisable. Right below this inn there is also an exclusive boarding house and cafe with various meeting rooms. My parents' impression is that this inn is quiet and far from noise but close to other public facilities such as restaurants, laundry, shops, and others. ♡♡♡

  Beautiful, quiet, friendly, most affordable most convenient home stay. Mind you, this is a family operated facility so don’t expect corporate or franchise motels type service, but it’s more like going home to your parents house. The food from the cafe is excellent, the newly replaced ac is brrr cold (you need that in Jogja..lol), wifi is awesome since they also have office space rental there, plus you got extra work out since you have to climb up the stairs to get to 3rd floor💪🏼, which I don’t mind at all 😉. All and all I have nothing but great memories. Surely be back and tell lots of friends and families. You go Omah Mapan!!

  Stayed at the kosan. From the looks of it, it looks nice, but some things really irked me about this kosan. First, it was listed that a kitchen was available, which in standard kosan facilities meant at the bare minimum water and a stove would be available, but but midway the owners backtracked and said it was only available for the people staying at the homestay. Only a max of 2 devices per room could connect to the wifi. Under the kosan was a cafe, but parking space was listed so I didn't worry too much, then out of nowhere the owner announced they'd be renovating the parking space for the people staying at kosan and suddenly every evening after I came home tired from work, I have to fight with cafe goers for a space at the parking lot, and it is just additional annoyance that I don't wanna deal with especially at the rate they're charging me. At least the hot water works and the location is pretty great, lots of cheap food stalls and near a pharmacy. But you can find some place bett
