  This dental clinic really needs to learn how to respect the appointment times they promise. I booked for 11:00 AM and was asked to arrive 10 minutes early. I came at 10:50 AM as requested, but even by 11:40 AM I still hadn’t been called in. If the clinic isn’t ready to manage a proper reservation system, then it’s better not to have one at all. It’s just a waste of people’s time.

  The clinic is very clean and hygienic, which gave me a lot of confidence during my visit. They also have a small playground area for kids — a great touch to keep children entertained while waiting. The dentist was kind and gentle throughout the procedure, which I really appreciated. The only downside was the punctuality; the wait time was longer than expected, so I hope they can improve on that in the future. Overall, a pleasant experience!
