    The dentists knows what to do and explain well about the benefits and risks, they won't take/treat healthy tooth. Every treatment has a reason to be done. Also, drg. Gunawan is very kind and friendly, so you don't get stressed before the treatment. The only downside is the place probably slightly more expensive, but worth it provided by the facilities and dentists experiences.

    I went in for a teeth cleaning. All my Indonesian friends told me I shouldn’t pay more than 500k rp for a teeth cleaning in Indonesia. Coming out I had a nice surprise 1 245k (80usd) for a teeth cleaning. I was completely in shock. That’s double and triple from what I paid everywhere else in South East Asia. They also don’t take credit cards. If you are looking for affordable dental services, I would look somewhere else.

    There was a bit of problem with the appointment I made through Halodoc as when I arrived at the clinic, they were not aware of it at all. Originally, I booked the scalling and bleaching treatment at their Halmahera branch, however, I was asked to go to their other branch across BIP (Bandung Indah Plaza) mall. The management shouldn't let this happen again as patients normally book their appointment in advance and take their time to visit the doctor. That being said, drg. Gunawan and his female assistant nurse were very kind and informative. I would give this clinic a second chance, owing to their excellence service from the dentists' part.
