  I extracted two teeth for esthetic purpose and got my braces here 2 years ago. come here for control every one to two months. Drg. Eka has superb attitude and handles my braces well, no bracket loosens for two years! And I also like that I can communicate with her and make appointment via whatsapp, So no need to walk-in and queue up. But she tends to be late for 15-30 mins, but not a big problem for me 😄 Thanks dok. Sukses selalu 🙏🙏🙏

  The front desk lady was really unfriendly. I couldn’t find them in Google, then I went there straight because it’s beside my complex, but she said “you can’t come without an appointment, you have to call first”, what? So I decided to find another clinic. I think she was just unhappy to be there, maybe she just wanted to take a nap 😴😆 Reply: I didn’t want to be received as a walk-in, I just wanted to make an appointment in person because the receptionist didn’t pick up the phone. Customer service is important, I will not recommend.
