    The place is clean and has a good ambience, but the service from the doctor is quite different from other dental clinics. Here, when you come to change your braces rubber, they only replace the rubber without doing any additional procedures — not even cleaning your mouth or doing a quick scaling around the teeth. I understand that the price here is cheaper compared to other places, but I was still quite surprised that the service quality matches the lower price 😅. For comparison, at some dental clinics in the Batam Centre area, with just an extra 50k, you can get a full cleaning and a more complete treatment. Hopefully in the future, the team here will understand how important oral cleanliness is before putting on new braces rubber. Sincerely, Joshua

    The place is spacious and comfortable, with an elevator inside. It’s currently under renovation. The downside is that the staff are not very professional especially the doctor. It’s not an orthodontist, just a general practitioner. The doctor is friendly, but maybe it’s a generational thing it felt odd that the doctor was singing while adjusting my braces. Maybe because it was almost time to go home? But that can’t be, since there were still other patients waiting.

    Came to the clinic for a teeth scaling session. The place is currently under renovation, but it’s still clean and comfortable. The receptionists were friendly, and there’s even a massage chair you can use while waiting (paid separately), pretty nice for killing time. It was my first time getting scaling, and overall it wasn’t a bad experience at all. Everything went smoothly and I’m happy with the service.

    Got here once they offered scalling promo for IDR150k only. No long queue and the process itself was pretty quick, reservation was on ease since they're responsive. Those cute backgrounds are eye-catching for kiddos tho. Reservation was at ease, the staffs were so helpful 👍
