  Make reservation 2 weeks earlier at their website for 28 May 2026 at 3pm (Nagoya branch) when arrived tell me the reservations not confirmed. Counter staff told me to confirm thru messaging them. So why do the website reservations for? Contact number is left when doing reservations. The admin staff aren't they suppose to message the customer to confirm. How do customer know or aware they still need to confirm their reservation AGAIN thru messaging. How they operate the business Make customer waste time to travel all. REALLY DISAPPOINTED.
