  Honestly, I’m shocked by the level of service I received at this clinic. Late at night, my retainer came loose and overnight it injured the entire inside of my mouth. Early Sunday morning, I started searching for someone who could help me. Sadly, I was expecting slow responses since this is Bali, where people generally take things easy — especially on a Sunday and during a holiday. I found this clinic on Google, saw the great reviews, and sent them a message at 8 AM. I’m writing this review at 10 AM, and everything has already been fixed at the highest level of quality, while other clinics still haven’t even read my message. The clinic has a modern new design, brand-new equipment, and incredibly friendly and professional staff. My rating is 100 out of 10. I truly wish this business continued success and prosperity. From now on, I’ll only come here and will recommend it to everyone. P.S. The sound of birds singing in the restroom was a special kind of joy :)

  I visited this clinic today and I must say I’m very impressed with the knowledge of the dermatologist, I felt taken care of and understood. The treatment was also done professionally and was pain free (I got Hyaluronic acid injections) I was also impressed with the service and how friendly all the staff were. If you are looking for a place that you can trust I’d recommend this one :)

  Professionalism above expectations. Have now visited this clinic twice. The clinic itself is modern, spotless, and has what seems to be the best dental equipment on the island. The dentist was incredibly professional, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the treatment. I never felt rushed, and they genuinely cared about making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire visit. The equipment and technology also seemed very up-to-date, which gave me a lot of confidence in the quality of care. What impressed me most was how friendly and attentive everyone was — from reception (Karen) to the dental assistants. It’s rare to find a place that combines professionalism with such warm customer service. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for honest, gentle, and high-quality dental care. Definitely one of the best dental experiences I’ve had not only in Bali but Australia too and I’ll absolutely be coming back!
