  Have been coming to ARC Dental for a few years now and thought I should do a review. Treatment has mostly been check ups and clean, a few small fillings and had a crown on one of my moullers done last year. My wife had a bridge made last year also. We recommend ARC Dental.

  It was supposed to be a pleasant experience with the female Dentist and all the female staff inside. I was happy with the upcoming treatment plan. But when I finished my treatment I asked another male staff (wearing purple shirts) that where’s the way out? They didn’t even answer and even mocking my accent when I’m only few steps away. Two of the male staff there were laughing at me also mocking my accent by the same sentence. I feels very offended also it’s so disrespectful. It’s the first time I’m experiencing this in indonesia. I suppose to go back for my crown but no more. I won’t pay for a hospital with the staff doesn’t even know how to respect their costumer.
