  I regret having to write this review, but feel it's important to share my client’s experience. My client had a very disappointing experience at this clinic last day. My client clearly explained which areas needed correction before leaving, yet the clinic later told me that my client left without giving any feedback (which is not true). Here are the main issues: 1. Lack of Proper Updates When i asked on Monday if there were any comments from my client, i was told, “hopefully not.” This response completely missed an opportunity to address any issues while my client was still at the clinic. If the problem had been communicated properly, the repeated mistakes and confusion we experienced yesterday could most likely have been avoided. 2. Confusing and Ineffective Explanations Even after explanations from the clinic, i had to repeatedly ask for clarification before i could fully understand the situation. For my client, it took three separate attempts just to achieve the correct retainer

  I had an emergency appointment for a gum infection. The dentist responded very quickly, x-ray and treatment immediately, all very professional and helpful. They have a staff member who speaks excellent English so everything was explained to me regarding the condition, treatment the medication. Highly recommend

  I'm so happy to have found this clinic, everyone here is extremely friendly, attentive, and super professional. Dr. Ayu Martha is wonderful, and I even discovered that she shares a birthday with me, haha. Plus, the value for money is excellent. I highly recommend it!
