My husband and I were there for different reasons but we had three professionals in the room at once and they were honest and the price was crazy cheap compared to Australia

  Extremely disappointed. My mother’s denture didn’t fit from day one — it took FIVE separate “corrective” visits over six months, later revealed these should’ve been paid procedures, not “complimentary” fixes. The denture was never functional, not once. We agreed to try a different denture, I’d pay for it, and they’d discuss a refund for the original. After all those corrections and months of suffering, they suddenly decided the old denture was “functioning as intended” — no refund, no accountability. We were loyal patients for years as a family. The work can be good, but when something goes wrong, they won’t take responsibility. Think twice before trusting them with dentures or implants — this could happen to you too.

  I’ve been a customer at Sunset Dental for the last six years and have been pretty happy with the service so far, but unfortunately, recently, the quality of service has gotten much worse. The customer service on WhatsApp is non-responsive. They respond at best once a day, and it took me literally six days just to get the date of my appointment. I would send one message, receive a response the next day, reply again, and then get another response the following day. This is very sad and frustrating, to be honest. Then I received a smile design procedure, and instead of getting the smile design mock-up right away or having it scheduled, I just received an image without any clarification of what it was supposed to show or how it was supposed to work. Only after pushing to move forward and schedule an actual mock-up trial did I manage to get an appointment, where unfortunately, a lot of my feedback and requests were not heard.
