    Disappointed. Not reccommended. Wish I could give zero stars but I could not. Ngga iklas ngasih bintang satu nih. ____ UPDATE: They reached out a couple of days later, apologized and offer a free scaling to make up for their error. My sister and her fiancée took the free scaling session, I could not because I was already in Jakarta. ____ Cancelled and walked out of my appointment. Going back to my regular dentist at a 50k difference with better service. My little sister reccommended to try this new clinic last week and said they had a promo. And since it's much closer than my usual dentist I agreed to give it a try and we booked a scaling session. Came in for a 2 PM scaling appointment at 13:50. At 2:40 we're STILL WAITING because they have a technical issue with their machine. A new clinic but they already have a faulty in their machine? They COULD call or inform via text us ahead and said that they were having some technical issues, and offer a resechedule or something -- they
