  I had my braces removed at Audy Dental Ciputat and honestly, I’m not very satisfied with the service. The process felt way too rushed. The doctor seemed to be in a hurry during the removal, and as a result, the polishing was not done properly. There’s still adhesive left on my teeth, which not only feels uncomfortable but also makes the surface uneven. I had to point this out, but even then, it seemed like the doctor didn’t take enough time to carefully fix it. For such an important step after braces, I expected more attention to detail and professionalism. Dental care is something that should never be rushed, especially when it comes to the finishing results. I really hope the clinic improves in this area, because patients deserve a more thorough and careful treatment. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing

Dr. Farradila was incredibly professional, kind, and patient, taking the time to explain every part of the procedure clearly. Her team was just as wonderful, making sure I was at ease throughout my visit. The office was clean and well-maintained, and every interaction was positive. I’m truly grateful for the high-quality care I received and would recommend them to anyone in need of orthodontic services. A big thank you to Dr. Farradila and her staff for making my visit such a pleasant experience!
