  Love this place. Some people think that labs are scary, although they will change their mind after seeing this lab... So comfortable, beautiful-looking, great services (you can actually get some free tea here), clean, and much much more... Well the price is a teensy bit high, but it's totally worth it!

  Nope not for this one place. Not even worth 1 star. 1. We are Pramita die hard for years. Not only in Jakarta but on other cities as well. Turns out this one does not share a central patient database with the rest of Pramita. 2. We went to the place on Sat at 4 PM and was told that the result will be texted or emailed in 2 hours. We waited until 8PM sat, tried to call and text whatsapp to no avail. Until 12PM Monday there was no result. We tried to contact still no reply. When we told them the patient name and the number they had trouble to check their database. We were supposed to see a professor on Monday morning and all appointments were called off since we didnt receive the lab result in time to this recklessness No more Pramita in Cirebon
