  Be careful - this clinic deletes negative reviews instead of addressing real problems. I don’t recommend this clinic. I came here in January to replace my retainer, which had previously lasted 6 years without any problems. The new retainer made at this clinic broke after only 4 days, and then broke again just a few months later. Two breakages in 3 months after 6 years with no issues before clearly says everything about the quality of work here. When I came back for the second repair, despite the clinic previously agreeing to replace it for free, the doctor immediately demanded payment and told me that my broken retainer was “not her problem.” She was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. She also insisted I should go only to the original doctor, even though that doctor is currently on maternity leave. I refused treatment because of her attitude.   I had a dental bridge done at CS Dental in Kuta. Communication was via whatsapp. My amazing drs were dr Novia and Dr Cindy Loretta. The technician was Uri. The whole team Drs, technician, assistants, reception staff abx security were amazing. My procedure was explained to me clearly (in English). The price was fair and all scans and xrays were included in the price. I got a complementary clean too. The clinic is clean with modern equipment I was looked after so well I want everyone to go to CS Dental for the dental treatments. Well done team!

  Just had my first Dental Spa treatment at CSmile Bali and honestly loved the experience. The clinic is newly built, super cozy, and everything feels very clean and well-maintained. You can really tell the equipment is modern and hygienic, which made me feel comfortable right away. I also love that they have many doctors ready, so the whole process felt smooth and professional. Such a relaxing experience for a dental treatment — definitely coming back.
