  The dental cleaning and filling services at this clinic were excellent. The dentist Nindy and her team were very detailed in explaining both my dental issues and the treatments provided, which made the experience reassuring. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide eye covers during treatment, as the bright light can be uncomfortable. Overall, the professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. Highly recommended!

  I had the second appointment with Dr Nyoman at Gemini Dental and I am absolutely impressed by theire excellent work, patience and kindness. The work of Dr Nyoman is an art by itself and of outstanding quality! My Dentist in Germany was really impressd by the perfect work on my front teeth. Trust her for the right colour and treatment. If you are looking for a high professional service with quality products from germany and japan this is your place to go. Thank you to the whole team and especially Dr Nyoman!

  I received composite veneers from Gemini Dental Care and had four separate failures within 2 months: – One veneer fell off completely within 3 days – Another major chipped within the first week – A minor chip appeared on an upper canine within a month – And now a major chip on a front veneer I wore the prescribed nightguard every night and avoided all hard foods. Despite this, the clinic refuses to offer any support unless I fly back to Bali again — which is unreasonable for an international patient. They’ve deflected all responsibility. I’m now filing formal complaints with PDGI (Indonesia’s dental board) and YLPK Bali (consumer protection) and sharing full documentation online. Be cautious if you’re considering them for veneers, especially as a tourist.
