    I had a very positive experience at Gio Dentist. I initially came for a scaling and one filling (tambalan sinar). After a thorough examination, the dentist discovered another cavity that also needed treatment. They clearly explained the situation, showed me what they found, and discussed the additional cost before doing any work. I appreciated being able to make an informed decision, with no surprises at the end. From the beginning, the team was transparent about the treatment plan and pricing. Before performing any procedure, they took the time to explain what they were going to do and why. The dentist regularly checked on my comfort during the treatment, managed any discomfort well, and was always ready to stop if I needed a break. I was also impressed by the dental assistant. He stayed focused throughout the procedure, reacted quickly whenever the dentist needed an instrument, and did an excellent job with suction, making the whole experience much more comfortable.
