  I can recommend this practice. The service is outstanding and the treatment was second to none. I had some general treatment initially and checkup. They were very thorough and professional. Next I had treatment for four composite veneers. Excellent result and it really improved a decades old problem that I had with my teeth. Can’t recommend highly enough.

  I visited Dentality yesterday morning for a teeth cleaning, referred by a friend who had a positive experience here. Sadly, mine was quite different. Late arrival: The dentist arrived at the clinic 20 minutes late for my scheduled 11am appointment, despite it being the first appointment of the day (opening time). Missing service: The written quote I received before booking explicitly listed "before and after treatment photos" as part of the package. No photos were taken — neither before nor after. When I asked at checkout, I was told they would be sent via WhatsApp later, which was clearly impossible since no photos had been taken at all. Pricing inconsistency: I was given a flexible price range beforehand based on the condition of my teeth. My cleaning lasted the absolute minimum duration described by staff, and a key part of the agreed package (the photos) was missing entirely.   First time going to the dentist and I was really scared, but the service and everything were so good! I had my wisdom tooth removed, and the recovery took about one month. There was some swelling at first, but it gradually went down within that time, and the surgery went very well. One month later, I was already able to do scaling. The staff always asked about my condition and explained every procedure before taking any action. Overall, a very reassuring and professional experience. Highly recommended!
