    I had a dental check-up with Drg. Prasanti and the examination was thorough. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt comfortable throughout the consultation. The clinic was clean and well organized.

    I respectfully mention this clinic have a horrible service. The reception is nice, room is hygiene and the meds giver is also nice. Just the doctor is so reluctant to allow patient to rest in their respective needs, the doctor even said "You can rest more than a day when you have fever." Feels like my chronic sinus sickness is not a serious problem, and sounds so dismissive. I get it, I can't have my sick letter/doctor note according to my need easily, if my workplace SOP don't need any sick leave letter whenever I feel unwell, I wouldn't even asking for one. I'm also paid for my insurance/BPJS, and they treat me unfairly. I trusted this clinic for more than two years, this time I will never going back.

    If i can give 0 (zero) rate i will. Very Disappointed. This doctor was very unhelpful and rude. He didn’t listen to me and even said that seeing a super specialist wouldn’t help, which was shocking to hear. I felt blamed instead of supported. I used insurance, but the customer service was also bad. After checking, I saw that many others had similar bad experiences with this doctor. I will never come back and don’t recommend him at all. Good luck!

    Traditional good - excellent and fast handling from the doctor. I repair my teeth with a new crown. Yeah, he tried to safe our teeth and that was fit my need. When many people come it means many satisfied. Unfortunately, not all write the review....
