This place is not customer friendly for those who dont speak bahasa. Beware my foreigner friends. Today i tried to schedule a booking in their WHATSAPP and the person in charge just suggest me to go to their other branch. Why would i talk to depok branch if i can go to other branch? It feels like zero patience for customer service is a huge red flag. BEWARE guys. What a terrible experience.
