    I want to share some feedback regarding my recent experience. I noticed that for customers using insurance, the treatment is being differed and the fee is higher. In my case, I was charged IDR 850K for a scaling procedure, and the administration fee was IDR 95K. As a returning customer, I recalled that I received a different rate previously around 50k-ish. However, this time I was still charged the full admin fee of IDR 95K, regardless of my customer status. When I asked, I was informed that the fee remains the same for all insurance users whetheru are new or returning customer I found this a bit concerning. Moreover, I noticed the customer after me was offered a admin fee discount promotion if leaving a Google Maps review, which I was not offered. This inconsistency in treatment, particularly for insurance users, can be disappointing—especially since my insurance plan is co-funded by both my employer and me. I sincerely hope the clinic can consider implementing more consistent and

    Today treatment was with Drg. Rika Tania, was good n easy. Very kind Doc. I came here because i had trauma with previous Doc. But in here i felt very comfortable. Sure will come back again for another filling treatment 😉

    Place ok, big playspace sea theme for kids. Doctor anjani also explain clearly. One thing, the starting quite late around 10minutes. But overall all ok. Recommend
