From the moment I arrived, the staff stood out as being incredibly helpful and friendly, making the entire process feel smooth and welcoming. One unique touch I appreciated was that they provided complimentary snacks and free water for customers in the waiting area, which made the short wait much more pleasant. To maintain a high standard of cleanliness, they also required patients to change into slippers provided by the clinic — a small detail that reflects their attention to hygiene and comfort. The dentist was very communicative, taking time to explain each step of the treatment clearly and ensuring I felt informed and at ease throughout the procedure. On top of that, the pricing was surprisingly affordable for the quality of service offered, making it great value for money.   I initially contacted the clinic through the official WhatsApp account to schedule my treatment. In my messages, I clearly explained which treatments I needed and asked when I could start the procedure. However, when I arrived at the clinic, I was told that I could not begin the treatment yet. Instead, I could only see a general dentist for evaluation and X-rays, and the actual treatment would have to wait until I could get an appointment with a specialist. I accepted this arrangement. On that day, I clearly informed the dentist about my availability for treatment, and the assistant heard it as well. I assumed this information would be passed to the front desk staff. Eventually, I managed to get an appointment with the specialist — and I say “eventually” because I had to repeatedly follow up through WhatsApp to ask about the booking status and confirm multiple times that the correct treatment had been scheduled.   Friendly staff, clean and aesthetic environment and one thing that surprised me about Satu Dental is their hospitality. They guided me gently, asked me if i need to go to the bathroom beforehand, asked me my preference on music or movies to play during the procedure. Price is also surprisingly affordable!   The place was cozy and clean, staff was helpful and thoughtful, the doctor answered every question and thoroughly gave the additional explanation about the issue of my teeth, and the special thing that is different from other clinics was they gave vaseline on my lips everytime they felt dry!! ☺️ The before and after treatment photo can be seen together in the tv above patient. They also offer complimentary snack.
