    Google defines me as an Expert Reviewer. Probably because I don't discriminate, no abuse, but produce an honest unbiased opinion. My wife and I visited on the 13th March 2026 for an assessment for implants and plates, while there they sold us a clean and polish for about $60.00aud. each. They performed the clean ok but failed to polish. The dentist did not realise that a standard dentist drill set consists of high and low speed drills. She put the prophylaxis (pink polishing paste) on to the high speed drill turned it on and the paste along with the water sprayed all around the room and over the walls. She then tried a second time and exactly the same result. She really did not know how to use basic dentist instruments. So the dentist just rubbed the paste over our teeth and then asked us to rinse out. No apology no discount and no polished teeth. Can you imagine this place doing implants and plates? Someone must explain to the dentist that the polishing is the most important part,

    Had a crown fitted over two visits in Feb 2026, after 3 months still aches with sensitivity, had it checked out by my Australian dentist who advised the crown is poorly fitted. I should have gone to my previous dentist in Denpasar where I had a crown fitted years ago and has been perfect. Went to GIO in Kuta purely for location convenience.
