    They not as professional as I thought. Zero respect to the timing of the client. After waiting for about 45 minute they said the doctor can’t meet and told me to make another appointment. Is very disappointing didn’t hv respect to the client timing . And when I about to go they call me to wait for another 5-10 minute , the doctor finally gonna meet me and check my teeth . After done scanner , cleaning and talk about to continuely my Invisalign agreed they will contact my previous doctor but until now ( a month now) didn’t hv any email from them and my previous doctor didn’t received any email from them . Is just bad experience with the service. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽

    I am very late with my review. It’s almost one year since I visited the new clinic in Denpasar. The clinic is beautiful and so so clean. Very friendly staff, and after a clean and polish, by one of the nurses, who did an excellent job and was so very gentle, Dr Adam S filled a gap that had developed in between my two front teeth. She was amazing as well. I’ve never felt so relaxed at a dentist. Thank you. It’s time to return!

    The worst reception ever. Appointment made for 5 pm, confirmed prior. They made me wait fir an hour and then offered to wait for another 30 minutes. Careless, rude, unprofessional. No apologies, no excuses. Absolutely awful most incompetent service I came across in Bali.
