  Today we came for a follow-up appointment with our 4-year-old child. Our first visit went very well. Two teeth were treated, and everything was done quickly, calmly, and professionally. We left with a very positive impression of the clinic. Unfortunately, today’s visit was the complete opposite. For approximately 30 minutes, the doctors spent a very long time working on the tooth and removing the decay. The treatment appeared disorganized and uncertain. Our child became tired, upset, and increasingly distressed. Instead of a smooth and professional procedure, we witnessed lengthy discussions between the doctors during treatment. The doctors then began discussing whether the tooth nerve would need to be removed. They spent a long time debating the issue before deciding to take an X-ray. At that point, a completely unacceptable situation occurred. Our child was not prepared for the procedure in any way. The X-ray device was suddenly and forcefully placed into his mouth without warni

  We had a very positive experience at OMDC Dental Clinic with Dr. Regina. My son, Tikhon, had quite a complicated dental case, and during the first two visits he was understandably anxious and scared. However, the doctors showed incredible patience and care, taking the time to gently build trust with him. By the third appointment, everything changed — the treatment went perfectly, and he didn’t cry at all. It was such a relief to see him calm and comfortable. The clinic is very clean, well-sterilized, and clearly maintains high standards. What I appreciated the most was the truly individual approach to my child. You could feel that the team genuinely cared and went through this experience together with us. Now Tikhon is no longer afraid of the dentist, and that means everything to us. Thank you, Dr. Regina and the OMDC team, for your professionalism, kindness, and dedication.

  We have already brought our daughter to OMDC twice and we have been extremely happy with the experience both times. The clinic clearly specialises in treating children, and the team knows exactly how to make them feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit. The entire place is spotless and very well organised. Everything is explained clearly, the process is straightforward, and the invoices are transparent and easy to understand. The pricing is also very reasonable for the quality of care provided. What makes this clinic truly special for families is the environment they have created for kids. The interior is very playful and welcoming, with a lovely pink theme that children instantly enjoy. There is even a small playground area where kids can play before their appointment, which really helps them feel at ease. During the treatment, they also have a TV so children can watch cartoons and stay distracted while the dentist works, which makes a huge difference in keeping them calm.
