  Absolutely appalling! Horrible business and integrity, I fly from Australia to get surgery, I saved up as I'm single mother & I arrive and they deny the procedure. I paid $2000 just to come to Bali and get my son watched. I ask for discount on any other services likr hifu and laser to help make up for my loss they say no! Even though I was STILL offering at least 1k cash. They didn't care to help me in anyway. Selfish and greedy. I am still in shock. Offered nothing at all. They just don't care. From one woman to another integrity is everything.

  First 🌟 the staff are so friendly I've been coming to Radiance to visit Dr Siti for 10 years now, her lovely assistant Lovina. They always go out of their way for their clients. Second 🌟 very clean, state of the art equipment, to me this is very important. You will get professional advice, she won't just sell you something for the money. Third 🌟 great location don't have to go far 15 min from Seminyak by scooter Fourth 🌟 i get my teeth cleaned whilst I'm here as well. Much cheaper than Australia Fifth 🌟 over all well worth the visit Thumbs up from me 👍👍

  I flew solo first time to bali to get veneers and 2 bridges. It was very simple submitted my before pics and they gave me a quote. They are very thorough with explaining everything and calming my nerves. There is a point I think everyone goes through and thinks what have I done. Yes they shave the teeth down marginally to prepare the temporary teeth whilst they make your permanent ones. No one talks about the sensitivity after the first consultation whilst waiting for the final teeth. That week was hard at times due to the pain sensitivity. Yesterday I got my permanent veneers and bridges. I was shocked at how I believed my teeth were to big however they definitely are not. Due to me being a grinder my teeth had worn alot over the years. Now my teeth look how they should've looked. I dont have many before pics due to how ashamed I was of my teeth. I will find some to share. The pain last night was excruciating and the hotel was able to get me a dr for pain medication that was only abo

  I come for a checkup and clean every 3-6 months. The dental hygienists always do a great job at a very reasonable price. Friendly staff who all speak English, and the clinic is always extremely clean.
